Ted is on the Economic & Environmental and Development Control (Planning) scrutiny committees and shadow portfolio holder for Enterprise Tourism and Regeneration and licence application hearing.

He is also the council's procurement champion.

His main concerns at present are development of the airport, Priory Crescent and the provision of decent public toilets on the seafront.

Cllr Carole Roast

Carole is on the Community Services scrutiny committees and is shadow portfolio holder for Adult Care and Housing.

Carole is also a hard working member of the South Essex Homes management board.

Carole is very busy at present with an unusually high amount of work for residents and negotiating with RBS to tidy up their parking.
